Any warranty on what we sell comes from the manufacturer, and the terms are set by the brand. Coverage varies by brand and by item, so a sofa, a mattress and a refrigerator are each covered differently.

If something goes wrong, call us at (910) 455-1331. We are one family-owned store on New Bridge Street in Jacksonville, so you get a person who can pull up your order and help you sort out what the manufacturer covers and what to do next.
